What services of this site are paid and what services are free?

All services of this site are paid. Client may ask any lawyer a question but nobody have to render juristical support for free. Only the lawyer himself can make a decision to help his client without payment.
How can I get in contact with administration of Legalcom.org?

If you want to get in contact with administration of site or leave a comment about quality of legal services, site functionality & etc. you can use section “Feedback” or you can send e-mail to support@legalcom.org.
Can I place a link to Legalcom.org on my website?

You may place a link to Legalcom.org on you website if it doesn’t contain any illegal content that promote pornography, violence, any types of intolerance or has no content at all.
Is there any guarantee that information about my juristical business on this site will stay confidential and won’t be published anywhere else?

All personal data about clients of our site does not subject to spreading and won’t be used against them under any circumstances. Only specially accredited persons of our company, who are warned about responsibility for casual or intentional unauthorized usage of information, have access to it. Our company does not bear responsibility for spreading information by user himself.
It is necessary for me to pass registration?

If you are ready to render legal services or if you want to receive legal help on our site, then you have to pass registration. After that you will be given access to a personal cabinet and have opportunity to ask and answer the questions.
How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account you should go to the section “My preferences” on your Personal page and push the button “Delete account…” After you confirm removal you won’t be able to enter our site with your login and password and you won’t get questions anymore. However, after removal you will receive the e-mail with the restore instruction.
Why do I need an account on Legalcom.org?

All basic services in our system are free. However if you want to increase your popularity among the users of our site or try additional opportunities you may use various paid services. It will be easier to pay for them with the help of your personal account on our page that we open after you pass registration. You can top it up at any moment by using any payment method that fits you. If you want to do it, you should go to the page “Top up” that is situated in the section “My account” on your Personal page. After the funds transferring to your account on our site you can use them to pay for any of the proposed services. In the same section on the page “Operations history” you can see the paid services you have used and see when you topped up your account.
